Information About The Program
The program aims to provide a development environment that will bring the quality of İTU education together with individuals who want to improve themselves without interrupting their careers and reach leadership positions in their business lives. İTU-TRNC MBA program targets candidates from different majors; it aims to make them managers who can follow scientific developments, use their knowledge to solve the problems they will encounter, and create added value for the institution they work for.
• The program consists of three semesters covering 13 courses. There are four courses in Ist and IIIrd terms, five courses in IInd term.
• The program is 100% English
• Courses will be held in the Continuing Education Center (SEM) building located within the historical walls of Nicosia, North Cyprus.
• Quotas for Turkish/Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) citizens and foreign nationals will be announced for the program. The program is started if sufficient quota is provided. If the sufficient quota is not reached, whether the program will be opened or not depends on the decision of the ITU-TRNC Board of Directors.
Thanks to the program, the participants will have the opportunity to make their work more efficient and effective with the skills they have gained, as well as to have the opportunity to find a job in good conditions and to advance to higher positions in the business life.
Student Admission Conditions: MBA Master Program is open to all undergraduates regardless of the type of program they have graduated from. The requirements for enrollment conditions are stated below:
• Graduating from any undergraduate program,
• Having English language proficiency
o Accepted exams and minimum scores:
-İTÜ Proficiency Exam: 55 or
-Foreign Language Exam (YDS): 55 or e-Foreign Language Exam (e-YDS): 55 or
-Higher Education Institutions Foreign Language Exam (YÖKDİL): 55 or
-TOEFL (IBT): 70 or
-PTE (Academic): 60.
• No ALES is required.

Evaluating Student Success
The student success is evaluated considering Articles 56, 57, 58, and 59 of the Istanbul Technical University Graduate Education and Training Regulation Senate Principles.
ARTICLE 56 - Before the enrollment for the courses begins, the faculty member who offers the course informs the Program Executive Committee about the types, number and contribution percentage to the final grade of the studies within the semester, as well as requirements for a right to take the semester final exam. These requirements shall be finalized by approval of the Program Executive Committee and approval of the chair of the department, who declares them to the student and informs the Graduate School.
ARTICLE 57 - A student may appeal the final grade of a course within one week following the announcement of the grades. Appeals must be submitted to the Graduate School in writing. The relevant faculty member shall re-evaluate the student's success status and submit the result to the Graduate School within one week. Appeals not submitted within the prescribed time frame shall not be considered by the Graduate School.
