The information and program qualifications related to the Control and Automation Engineering Bachelor of Science Program, under the Department of Control and Automation Engineering of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, are summarized below.
Information About The Program
In the most general sense, control and automation engineering endeavours the problem of compelling a system to a desired situation via appropriate software and hardware. Various problems that occured as a result of the rapid increase in production with the rapidly developing technology after the industrial revolution have impelled people to seek new methods to increase efficiency. The utilization of the information resulting from the research in industry and other production systems has led to the emergence of a new branch of engineering , "Control and Automation Engineering". Control and Automation engineering is a branch of engineering which develops and implements information and technology providing electrical, electronical, mechanical and computer-based industrial systems to work in the intended and planned manner.
