Civil Engineering students will take courses for their first and third years at Istanbul Technical University in Turkey, and second and fourth years at University at Buffalo, SUNY in USA. Successful graduates of this double degree program will receive two separate diplomas, one from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering and one from University at Buffalo, SUNY.
